established by law in India or a qualification recognized

Officer: Bachelor of Arts degree (with English literature or Hindi
Literature as one of the subjects) or Bachelor of Science degree or
Bachelor of Commerce from a University
- Sports Officer: Graduate
from a recognized university and in training (Coaching) from National
Institute of Sports, Patiala or its other centers
- Deputy Sports
